This elegant town house is in a fantastic position just one row back from the beach front in Alcazares on the Mar Menor.

It is conveniently situated for all amenities and is only a few minutes from Murcia airport.

It is also very close to major golf courses such as La Manga and Polaris World. There are plenty of golf courses including Mosa Trajectum, Villamartin, Campomar, Mar Menor.

This three bedroom property can sleep up to seven people comfortably and there is a large underground garage and storage area.

Less than a year old, it is extremely well furnished and equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine as well as having two bathrooms and a compact modern kitchen.

The property also has air conditioning and a sun terrace.

The Mar Menor is only 7 metres deep at it's deepest point, and its average water temperature in the summer is a warm 25°C, making it a paradise for bathers and water sports enthusiasts. The sandy beach slopes so gently into the sea that it provides exceptionally safe bathing for children and adults alike.

There are several play areas for children both on the beach and on the promenade.

The 7 km of beach is split into 7 sections some of which have received the accolade of the Blue Flag. The mineral rich water of the Mar Menor is revered for it's health giving properties and the town still has thermal baths which have existed since Roman times.

Booking Information:

A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. This is not refundable if you cancel your booking with us.

The remaining payment is due 6 weeks prior to the start of your rental period.

A refundable damage deposit of £100 is required 6 weeks prior to the start of your rental period. The £100 will be returned to you at the end of your rental period, subject to no breakages / damages and on the return of our property keys.
