Advertising your Rental Property with us, is very easy:
We will build individual web page's just for your property, including photograph's
of your choice and a full description of your property.
We will show on your web page's (at your discretion) an availability calendar and also (if you prefer) your contact telephone number and email address.
These page's will also contain an availability request form, which on submitting will deliver the clients enquiry directly and privately to your e-mail address.
On receipt of this information you then contact the client directly with your rental availability and payment terms.
Our web site is submitted to the top search engines and advertised in local newspapers, both in Spain (including "Costa Blanca News" and "The Guide")
and in England, on a regular basis.
We also pay to advertise on Google's popular search engine.

Advertising Your Property, Option 1:
To take advantage of our special offer please send a full description of your property, a minimum (if possible) of 6 pictures and your rental prices. The cost of this quality service is only: £50 per Year.

Advertising Your Property, Option 2:
You can advertise your property with us FREE. There is a 10% commission charge (a minimum charge of £10 per booking) if someone takes out a booking for your property from our web site. The 10% charge is taken from the rental booking fee set by yourself. All enquiries come directly to us and we deal with the client on your behalf until a booking is made.
