The property is ideally located just 2 minutes walk from
two nice restaurants/bars and a convenience store and only 5/10 minutes to the
shops and harbour of Torrevieja, local beaches, 5 golf courses,
various aqua parks,
tennis club, bowling alley, mini-golf, casino, bars, restaurants, markets,
shops and numerous other forms of family entertainment.
The private communal swimming pool, which has a
children's bathing section and a large sunbathing area is situated just behind the property, only
200m away.
Accommodation:
The property has three bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double
bed, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. It opens
onto a balcony area.
The second
bedroom has two single beds; ceiling fan, fitted wardrobe, and
separate wardrobe.
The third bedroom has single bed and wardrobe.
The
kitchen area includes washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and
hob, microwave, kettle and various cooking and dining utensils.
The
spacious, air conditioned, through lounge / dining room consists of
dining table and chairs, TV.
There's a settee which opens up into a double bed, armchair,
coffee table, and various other extras.
At the
front of the property there's a private, tiled terraced area and
driveway.
Facilities:
There are many amenities situated within walking distance of
the property, these include:
Indian restaurant, Chinese restaurant, local shops, traditional
English, Irish and Scottish bars, super market which sells
English products
and
many other local amenities.
If you require more quality night life then Torrevieja centre /
harbour is the place to visit. It has numerous clubs, bars,
restaurants and shops. All are within easy reach of our
property.
You can reach Torrevieja centre / harbour and beaches by
either using the local taxi service or car.
Special Points:
The property is situated approximately 25 minutes drive from
Alicante airport and 20 minutes drive from Murcia airport.
Booking
Information:
A non-refundable deposit of
£50.00 is required to secure your rental booking.
A refundable damage deposit of
£100 is required 6 weeks prior to the start of your rental
period. The £100 will be returned to you at the end of your
rental period, subject to no breakages / damage and on the
return of our properties keys.
The balance is required 6 weeks
prior to the start of your rental period.
Our key holder will clean the
property before your arrival, clean bed linen and towels will be
provided for you. They will again clean the property at the end
of your stay ready for our next guests. A 40 Euros
cleaning charge is required, payable on the day of arrival or
during your stay, to our key holder.
All bed linen and towels
are freshly supplied. Unfortunately
beach towels are not
supplied.
We would prefer you not
to smoke
inside the property, however it is permitted on the private
terrace and (obviously) in the garden.
Airport transfers can be
arranged for approximately 35/40 Euros. Alternatively we could
arrange car hire for you.
We recommend renting a
car as this will let you fully appreciate and explore the
surrounding areas.
