Algorfa, Near La Finca Golf Club, Two Bedroom Townhouse.
Our house is situated on the Costa Blanca less than 30 minutes from both Alicante and Murcia airports just outside the village of Algorfa where you can find over nine bars and restaurants, as well as all other local amenities. Our nearest golf course, La Finca, is a championship 18 hole course, and the Club House is situated just 1 minute away by car or 10 minutes if you want to walk.

The nearest beach is just 10-15 minutes away at Guadamar with its 14 kilometre stretch of Beach and pine forest or you can relax in our private and gated shared swimming pool which is just a minute’s walk away! This is shared with others but we have never seen it busy, even in August.

A new Commercial Centre is being built by the entrance roundabout to La Finca Golf Coarse, which is within walking distance (600Meters) from our property.
There is really no excuse to have a great time and although we can't guarantee the weather the region does get around 320 days of sunshine a year so the chances are you will catch the sunshine.


Accommodation:

The townhouse which has 2 bedrooms, 1 ½ bathrooms and 2 solariums is fully equipped for your stay and you will find our prices very competitive. All prices are fully inclusive of linen, electricity, water and local tax and Final Clean.
A comfortable lounge with a three seeter sofa which can also be used as a double bed, a dining room table and chairs, with Television linked to over 30 British Sky channels, with a music system as well as games and books.

The second bathroom in this house is downstairs and is conveniently situated, with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The kitchen has everything you might need for stay whether you eat in and out, from cooker, fridge freezer, microwave as well as the essential barbecue, for your outdoor cooking.

On the next floor you will find a fully equipped bathroom with bath, shower and bidet, with two bedrooms one of which has two singles and the other can be used as either a double or two singles, with wardrobes and hairdryer provided, all bedding and House towels are provided.

On the top floor you will find two private solariums, the main one overlooking the Nature Reserve, with Sun loungers and table and chairs with an umbrella. With a shower, for when you get too hot.

You can relax in our private and gated shared swimming pool which is just a minute’s walk away! This is shared with others but we have never seen it busy, even in August.

Facilities:
The nearest beach is just 10-15 minutes away at Guadamar with its 14 kilometre stretch of Beach and pine forest or further Beaches can be found at Cabo Roig, Torrevieja and La Mata.
The nearest golf course is La Finca. This is a relatively new (5 years old) a long 18 hole par 72 course, a further 18 holes are to be built shortly. It just a one minutes drive to the Clubhouse from our property. The other well known Golf courses in the area are Villamartin, Campoamor, Las Ramblas, and La Marquesa, all of these are within 15 minutes drive from our property.
Also there are a further 13 golf courses within 45 minutes drive, including La Manga, Mosel Trajectum, Alicante, El Plantio, Alenda Golf, and Hacienda Del Alamo, as well as a further eight new golf courses being built at present.

There are lots of opportunities for retail therapy in and around the area.
One of the biggest malls in the area is in Torrevieja. Situated out of town and with plenty of parking it is the ideal place to spend the evening. It caters mainly for female fashion but there are some male fashion outlets and the odd toy shop or two to keep the kids happy. It has an open roof which makes the whole place feel bright and airy and palm trees abound.
By far the cheapest way of shopping is at one of the many markets in the area. There is a market going on every day of the week somewhere in the vicinity. Try Guadamar and Almoradi, these are very Spanish and very cheap.

There is a local tennis club within walking distance of our house, which has an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts which can be floodlit at night, restaurant and bar also on site.
The village of Algorfa is only a short drive away, down the hill, this now has two English bars as well as 9 Spanish bars and restaurants a number of which are located around the local village square.

A new Commercial Centre is being built by the entrance roundabout to La Finca Golf Coarse, which is within walking distance (600Meters) from our property, this has already got one bar as well as a wine bar/ restaurant and supermarket already open, other Bars, Restaurants will hopefully be opening shortly.

The urbanisation is situated inland and hence doesn't attract the party going late bed goers that you may find nearer the beaches. The area is also very residential so is ideally suited to families. We are situated opposite a Nature Reserve, and the road in front is only used by local residence so there is hardly any car noise.

Booking Information
Booking is simple. Just send us an email and let us know the dates you require – or you can look on our web site a link to this can be found below, please check the availability calendar on the site. If this shows that the dates are available please contact us, and we can give you a quote, as well as checking the availability of your desired dates. We will then let you know if the house is available, and at what cost.

Please be aware that although prices quoted here are per week, we do take bookings for any length of holiday from 3 nights onwards.

If you wish to book we require a deposit of £50.00 / €75.00 non returnable deposit, to confirm the booking, the remainder of the cost to be paid six weeks before arrival.

A key/security deposit of £100 is payable when the rental balance is paid. This will be returned in full when the keys are returned and the property has been checked to ensure that there is no damage and no excess cleaning required.

We also perform a final clean and linen wash, the cost of which is included in your final invoice.
