Description:
A two bedroom
apartment situated on the second floor of a newly built
complex with unique water features and fountains, in the
lovely Spanish village of Algorfa. Views over the village
sports park and orange groves to distant mountains.
The new
La Finca golf course is only 5 minutes away and there are 4
others within easy reach, making this apartment an ideal
base for golfers. The apartment is located only 40 minutes
drive from Alicante or Murcia (San Javier) airports where a
car can be hired.
Secure
parking is provided in an underground car park with direct
lift access to all levels of the apartment block. There is a
communal swimming pool, as well as a larger pool at the
village sports park opposite.
The
village has a friendly feel and is very relaxing. A variety
of shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and banks are a
short walk away. Guardamar beach is only 15 mins drive.
There are many other long sandy beaches with Blue Flag
status within easy driving distance such as La Marina or La
Zenia.
The
park opposite has football pitches plus 5-a-side, tennis
courts, basketball and children’s play area. There is also a
tennis club within a short distance. A short walk takes you
to the village square where holidaymakers can enjoy
breakfast in the new English bar or relax throughout the day
in one of the many bars around the square. There are
pleasant walks through the orange groves or take a visit to
the renowned church just outside Algorfa.
The
nearest town is Almoradi - approx 3 kms. Torrevieja is 20
minutes drive away where there are beaches, hypermarkets,
bowling, cinemas, Go Karting and an open air shopping mall
'Las Habaneras'.
There are many markets around the area most days and plenty
of things to do for all the family, as well as scenic trips
such as a visit to 'Guadalest' based high in the mountains
about 25km inland from Benidorm.
Local
activities and entertainment can be found at Terra Mitica
Rio Safari, Aquopolis Water Park , Pola Park.
Accommodation:
The apartment
is fully equipped for both the summer and winter months,
offering satellite TV so that guests can watch their
favourite TV programmes. There is also a DVD player with a
selection of films and a portable stereo/CD player. There
are also board games & a selection of books. The
living/dining area is spacious and the kitchen is well
equipped with all the necessary items. There is also a
utility room with washing machine and laundry equipment.
There
are 2 bedrooms - a double with views across orange groves to
mountains beyond and a twin with views across the apartment
complex to the communal pool. There is also a double sofa
bed to enable the apartment to sleep up to 6 people. Bedding
is supplied. The bathroom has a bath/shower, basin with
vanity unit, bidet and WC. There is a standard continental
power point and a hairdryer is provided.
There
are ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms and an
oil filled radiator and convector heater is also supplied
for those cooler winter evenings.
The
balcony has a patio set with four chairs plus two padded sun
beds. The sun is on the balcony from approx midday till
sunset, when guests can enjoy an evening meal with a glass
of wine. There is also a small terrace outside the front
door where the sun rises in the mornings, with views out to
the complex/swimming pool. There is also use of the roof
solarium.
Booking Information:
A 25% deposit is required
to secure booking – balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to
departure.
A breakage deposit of £100 on final payment – returnable after
apartment has been checked by agent.
Changeover day is flexible.
You will be met by our agent on arrival who will hand over the
property keys to you.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
A fee of 30 EUROS will be required for cleaning, fresh
linen and towels payable loccaly.
