Semi-detached villa located in Algorfa on urbanisation
Montebello which is only two minutes from Quesada.
The property is fully furnished and easily sleeps six persons
with three bedrooms, two baths, independent kitchen,
lounge-diner, solarium, covered terrace, private garden, air
conditioning and communal pool.
Two minutes drive to the motorway and all amenities.
Algorfa
is a traditional Spanish town surrounded by orange and lemon
groves. At the heart of the town is the pretty square with
its church, town hall, bank, supermarket and bars. Market
days and fiestas are very popular and bring the community of
this normally quiet town, together. The fiestas can last up
to ten days and include concerts, barbeques, fireworks and
much more. Hidden around the streets of Algorfa you’ll find
bakeries, tobacconist, shoe shop, hair dressers, florist,
disco, restaurants and bars including traditional tapas.
Beaches: There are many ‘blue flag’ beaches along the Costa
Blanca. Guardamar del Segura
This is the nearest beach and is about a 15 minutes drive.
This very popular beach features 11km of golden sand and
offers a selection of water sports, or for those who just
want to relax, the perfect place to sunbath.
La Mata:
Another very large beach which joins Guardamar to Torrevieja
further south. This beach can become very busy so it’s
advisable to arrive early. If it becomes too hot on the
beach there are many shops and restaurants nearby in La
Mata.
Torrevieja: This beach is very popular with locals and
tourists alike and with its nearby salt lakes makes
Torrevieja one of the healthiest places is Europe.
This is a large seaside town with many shops including a
shopping mall that has English as well as traditional
Spanish shops. Take a stroll around streets away from the
beach and you’ll find the more traditional restaurants and
tapas bars.
Golf:
La Finca Golf Course is a five minute drive away. This
is a championship course and will host the Spanish Open in
2008. Remember to bring your handicap certificate with you.

Transfers can be arranged from Alicante to Algorfa for
approximately €80 return.

rental booking. The balance is due no later than 6 weeks
prior to your holiday rental.

start of your rental period. The £100 will be returned to
you at the end of your rental period subject to no
damage/breakages and the return of the property keys.
