There is a children's play area, Basketball pitch, Football pitch and large Public Swimming Pool, adjacent to the complex.

Local shops, Bodega, Club, Restaurants and bars are all within walking distance, at Algorfa village as is the prestigious new Golf course La Finca.

Accommodation:
La Fontana is a small development of low rise apartments. Water fountains are a feature of the complex.

The apartment IS protected by security gates, secure private basement garage space comes with the apartment.

A lift is available from the underground car park virtually to the apartment door, making it disabled friendly.

The communal swimming pool is 1 minute away and includes a children's pool/spa. There is also use of a roof solarium.

The apartment is on the ground floor with a large sun terrace. Outdoor furniture is provided.

There are 2 bedrooms one double and the other sleeps 2 in single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

A bed settee is also available.

The large living area incorporates an American style kitchen including Oven, Hob,  Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Washing Machine, Crockery, Utensils, Toaster, Kettle, Pots & Pans, Clothes Airier and Iron.

The fully tiled bathroom includes a large mirror, bath, shower, sink, vanity unit, and bidet. A hairdryer is also provided.

There is a utility storage room within the apartment.

Indoor entertainment include satellite TV, picking up 31 channels, such as BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, channel 4, sky news, sky sports, sky movies, sky movies 2, euro sport, UK gold and much more.

A hot and cold fan is provided for your comfort.

All bed linen  and towels are freshly supplied.

Booking Information:
A non refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking.

A refundable £100 Damage/Breakage deposit is required, this is refundable at the end of your rental period subject to no breakages/damage.

45 Euros cleaning charge is required (paid locally)

The apartment can accommodate up to 4/6 people.

Long term rentals 400 Euros per month plus utility bills.
