from Alicante airport, both easy accessible.
Airport
pick ups can be arranged at very reasonable prices.
Accommodation:
The property has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double
bed, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with
bath, toilet & wash basin. The bedroom benefits from
ducted hot/cold air conditioning (much needed in the hot
summer months).
The
second bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, ceiling
fan and also ducted air conditioning.
The
third bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe, ceiling
fan and ducted air conditioning.
There
is another shower room toilet and washbasin which serves the
other 2 bedrooms.
The
kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge
freezer, oven with halogen hob.
The
lounge is very spacious which has the benefit of ducted air
conditioning, TV with digital English channels and numerous
English radio stations.
Through
the lounge is a spacious conservatory/dining room which has
a ceiling fan and a bed/sofa settee all of this is set on
one level.
Off
the conservatory/dining room is a balcony which overlooks
the pool and through the other door is access to the roof
terrace and the off road private parking area.
The
garden has a stone table & chairs around the pool and sun
loungers. At the front of the villa is a patio area with
table and chairs and a stone barbeque. (a lovely sun trap
all year round)
upstairs to the roof terrace is a conservatory with a hot
tub/jacuzzi in it also sea views.

200 Euros is required refundable to cover any
damage/breakages.
