Terms and Conditions of your booking:
1) Booking Deposit: £50 of the total cost of your holiday rental (booking deposit) in the form of a cheque is to be enclosed with this booking form. Balances must be received no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival in Spain, unless day of arrival is less than 6 weeks of this booking, when in such cases full payment must be enclosed. The booking deposit paid is NON-REFUNDABLE.
2) Bookings are accepted on the basis of a maximum of 4 / 6 persons only, and sorry NO PETS.
3) Refundable Damages / Breakages Deposit: As with all hire agreements a £100 REFUNDABLE damage, breakage, lost keys and excess cleaning deposit is required. If missing items, excess cleaning or breakages are found at the end of your stay, we will provide you with a written statement of indemnity. This figure will be deducted from your £100 damages / breakage deposit you have placed with us. The damages / breakages deposit of £100 will be refunded back to you once the property has been inspected and the property keys have been returned to us, which will be no later than 7 days following your holiday.
4) The property should be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure. New arrivals will be given access from 2pm on the day of their arrival. These change over times can possibly be altered (with our agreement) to suit your requirements.
5) We will either send the property keys to you by post, 1 week before your departure, or in certain circumstances we (or our key holder) will meet you at the property with the property keys.
6) We strongly recommend you to take out holiday insurance to protect your holiday arrangements.
