The apartment is a 10
minute walk from the supermarket, local bars and restaurants
(Spanish, Italian, Indian, Thai ,Chinese) yet it is located
in a quiet and peaceful area.
Orihuela Costa is a 10
minute walk with it\'s own swimming pool and tennis courts.
Two blue flag beaches, La Zenia and Cabo Roig and the marina
are a 20 minute walk away.
Villamartin plaza is a
5 minute drive with it\'s many bars and restaurants. The
holiday town of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive North with
its promenade, craft fair, and markets.
The traditional town
of San Pedro is a 10 minute drive South with its sea front
Restaurants and beautiful beaches. 3 superb 18 hole golf
courses, Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are a 10
minute drive away with at least another 7 within 1/2 hour
including La Manga, Mar Menor, Altorreal, Campo Verde, Mosa
Trejectum, La Marquesa, La Finca.
The sophisticated La
Manga Club is only 30 minutes drive away. Water park, theme
park, theatre, and cinemas are all within 1/2 hour drive
away. Sierra Nevada mountains 2 1/2 hrs away for skiing,
walking and climbing. The apartment is 40 minutes south of
Alicante airport, and 20 minutes north of Murcia airport.
Pickup from the airport can be arranged. This accommodation
is ideal for the family, or for friends to sit and enjoy a
week or two in pleasant company.
Renowned for its sunny
beaches, sleepy afternoons and delicious cuisine, Spain is
also home to some dramatic mountain ranges, clean sandy
beaches.
The large bustling
town of Torrevieja is just five miles away with hundreds of
bars, restaurants etc, and a lovely seaside promenade with
night time market. The local water park, Torrevieja town and
open markets are open every day during the Summer months.
They are an abundance
of flamingos and other wildlife on the salt lakes, and the
area is the second healthiest place in the world mainly due
to the salt lakes. One of the greatest tourist attractions
of Torrevieja has always been its variety of entertainment
for families and young people. There are more than a hundred
night bars, the majority concentrated in the so-called El
Baluarte area in the La Punta district, which have become a
major attraction for thousands of people from all over the
world.
Accommodation:
The Living room is a fresh,
and light room containing a comfortable sofa which can turn
into a bed for the extra person, radio, TV, DVD/CD player,
portable fan and doors which lead out to the balcony. Sit,
and dine in comfort in our modern, newly decorated lounge
and diner. Sun beds are supplied for use on the balcony.
The apartment has a
fully tiled kitchen, with all the accessories you will need
to rustle up a traditional dish for family and friends. The
kitchen has a fitted oven / hob, microwave, fridge freezer,
washing machine, toaster and kettle. You will not want for
nothing in this beautifully decorated kitchen.
All of the bedrooms
are fitted with multi-speed ceiling fans to keep you cool in
the warm summer nights. They are tastefully decorated with
bedside cabinets and plenty of storage space. The bedrooms
comprise of two twins, fitted wardrobes, and mirrors. There
are portable heaters for the cooler months.
Fully tiled bathroom,
with bath, shower, toilet, bidet, mirrored cabinet and bath
towels provided. Newly decorated with floor tiles to make
this room bright and airy. Our bathroom is the ideal
location to unwind after a hard day walking on the beach and
seeing the local attractions
