5 minute drive away. The house is in a quiet location and
away from main roads.

house is south facing enjoying the best of the summer and
winter sun.

area boasts 300 days of sunshine with an average temperature
of 20°C making it an ideal climate for summer and winter
holidays.
This
house is in Cabo Roig which rates as one of the
most exclusive new developments along the Costa Blanca. Just
a short stroll from the house there are many new restaurants
and bars, some lively with nightly entertainment, others are
quiet and relaxing. Cabo Roig boasts a wide variety of
restaurant's including Chinese, Indian, Mexican, English, &
Spanish, all at very competitive prices.
A short
walk from the house their is a mini supermarket & shops
making this location the ideal holiday venue for couples and
families. For shopping, the local markets are a must.
We
would highly recommend hiring a car to be able to visit the
many beaches, markets, supermarkets and local attractions.
However ever it is not essential because all amenities are
close by and there is a local bus service.
The EEC
blue flag beaches of Cabo Roig are within minutes from the
house.
Just a
short drive away from the house is the Orihuela Costa Resort
leisure complex with its magnificent pool (and kiddies
paddling area), tennis courts, basketball, gymnasium, sauna,
bars and superb air-conditioned restaurant.
The
Resort is set in beautiful gardens with plenty of sunbathing
areas. There is a poolside bar serving snacks, restaurant,
and English pub.
It is
an excellent place for all the family to relax and enjoy the
sunshine.
Torrevieja is the nearest town to Cabo Roig and is
approximately 15 minutes away by car. Local buses run into
the town on a regular basis.
Torrevieja is well equipped with all the necessary
amenities. Most large banks are based here with English
speaking staff. The town centre boasts many bars,
restaurants and cafes along the beach and overlooking the
main harbour.
Enjoy a
stroll along the main promenade at night with the local
craft market offering very affordable leather goods and
souvenirs.
There
are also blue flag beaches just a short stroll from the main
centre.

The lounge
area is fully furnished with a comfortable 3 piece suite
which has adjustable arm and headrests and ceiling fan .
There
is an independent toilet with hand basin leading off the
lounge. There is also satellite TV with English channels and
Sky sports. There is also a CD /radio cassette player.
The
lounge leads out onto a private balcony and terrace which
overlooks the gardens which has palm trees, swimming pool
and a water feature.
The
dining area has an extendable table with 4 chairs. Large
sliding doors opens onto an enclosed sunny terrace.
The
spacious kitchen area is well equipped with utensils cutlery
and a washing machine. There is also a hob, oven, microwave,
fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle.
The
main bedroom is furnished with a king size bed (5 feet),
built in wardrobe, large mirror and matching chest of
drawers, 2 bedside tables with lamps and ceiling fan.
This
bright sunny bedroom has its own private sun terrace which
overlooks the gardens.
From
the terrace relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the
excellent view of the beautiful, romantic Spanish sunset.
This
sunny, attractively furnished bedroom consists of 2 beds (3
feet), built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table
with lamp and ceiling fan. This bedroom overlooks the pool
and gardens from the adjacent houses.
The
bathroom is fully tiled and fitted with a bath, shower, wash
basin and vanity unit with large mirror.

but there are banks nearby with ATM machines.
