Superbly located on the 18-hole championship golf course of Real Club De Campoamor. On-site facilities (payable locally) include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness centre and an exquisite golf clubhouse.

Locally there are excellent eating and drinking establishments and fabulous blue flag beaches all within 5 minutes drive. This apartment is situated in a very quiet, and beautiful part of the Costa Blanca which is ideal for families and golfers alike. There is also a fantastic patio area with furniture for up to six people.

The apartment is located on the championship golf course of Real Club De Campoamor. There are several other beautiful championship courses in the area including Las Ramblas and Villa Martin. Details of courses and green fees can be obtained from the Campoamor club house which is only a five minute walk from the apartment. You are also advised to take a handicap certificate as some courses require proof of handicap.

There are many excellent beaches near the apartment. The ones nearest to the apartment are Campoamor, La Xenia, San Pedro Del Piñata and Punta De La Horadada just to name a few.

There are also on-site Banks, supermarkets, brilliant restaurants and bars as well as in the surrounding areas.

Accommodation:
Bedroom 1 with double bed and en suite.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds.
Bathrooms: Large en suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath/shower, bidet and WC.
Large bathroom as above.
Kitchen: Electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board.
Utility room: washing machine, clothes airier, mop, bucket, sweeping brush and dustpan.
Living rooms: very large living room with a large sofa bed (double), 2 chairs, dining table with six chairs. TV, DVD, Hi Fi and satellite TV

Booking Information:
A £150 deposit is required at time of booking. Of which £100 is non refundable and £50 is then held as a breakages deposit which will be refunded 7 days after departure from the apartment (subject to no damage). The full amount of the booking to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure (where possible). Cancellations: up to 8 weeks prior to departure is no cancellation charge. 4-8 weeks prior to departure is 50% of rate refunded, 0-4 weeks prior to departure is 20% of rate refunded.

150 Euros is payable to our key holder in Spain, this is to cover any damage/breakages, cleaning and laundry services. This will be refunded less cleaning and laundry services on departure subject to no breakages.

Prices are for the apartment per week in sterling pounds.
Short breaks for up to 4 days will be charged at £40 per day. 50 Euros per week cleaning charge and 10Euros per person laundry are payable on arrival to our key holder. £15 per week supplement for over 4 sharing to be applied to cover additional cleaning costs.

Rental monies to paid be by cheque or bank transfer.
Owners are flexible subject to availability at time of booking

Special Points:
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: towels and provided and changed weekly. Property cleaned prior to arrival and after departure.
