village. The Villa is just 30 minutes drive from Alicante
airport and within 20 minutes drive from the tourist centre
of Torrevieja and the superb beaches at Guardamar.

excellent courses in the immediate area.
Club Golf
La Finca, is just 500 metres from the Villa, with
Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas only a 20 minute
drive away.
Accommodation:
The Villa has a master bedroom
and double bedroom with twin beds.
In addition the lounge
diner has double sofa bed.
The Villa has a main
bathroom with bath and shower facilities plus a downstairs
cloakroom with washing machine.
The kitchen features all
necessary facilities.
The Villa features 4
patio areas, 2 on the ground floor with BBQ and 2 as sun
bathing areas equipped with sun beds and shower.
The Villa is located next
to the lovely community pool with small children's section.

ideal location for a golfing holiday in Spain.
Our property is only 5
minutes walk from the newly opened championship grade course
at La Finca and 20 minutes from Villamartin, Campoamor and
Las Ramblas.
Special Points:
Property is professionally cleaned prior to your occupation
however there is an additional charge of 40 Euros to be left
on the day of departure for the cleaners prior to the next
occupation.
An inventory deposit of £50 is payable, refundable after
departure and satisfactory.
Prices include all services such as water and electricity, bed
linen and towels (including beach and tea towels).
Occupation and departure times:
You will be able to occupy the Villa from 4 o'clock on the
first day of your booking. Please vacate the villa by 11 o
clock on the day of your departure so the cleaners can get
it ready for the next arrivals. There may be some
flexibility here - please enquire.
We regret, that pets are NOT allowed at the Villa.
Smoking is ONLY permitted on the terraces.
Cancellation refunds:
Up to 8 weeks - Deposit retained
4 - 8 weeks - 50% refunded
2 - 4 weeks - 25% refunded
Less than 2 weeks - No refund
Booking:
If you would like to book our Villa a deposit of 25% of the
total villa rental is required with the remaining balance
payable no later than 8 weeks prior to departure.
