We have a terrace from the main bedroom, and a very large private rooftop solarium with patio furniture for ‘Al Fresco’ dining, with views to the salt lakes and beyond.

Especially useful is the ground floor bedroom and shower-room/toilet for guests who may find stairs difficult.

Use of the 2 communal swimming pools is included in the rental price and there are supermarkets, restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. After a short 5-10 minutes drive, you will find many safe beaches and coves, three golf courses, Ten-pin bowling, Go-Karting, Hyper-Market and all the amenities of Torrevieja itself.

Whether you want good clean beaches for safe swimming, water sport facilities, challenging golf courses, a variety of excellent inexpensive restaurants or just to relax in the sun, the Costa Blanca, and in particular Torrevieja and the surrounding area, has what you're looking for.

The town has a large marina, impressive promenade and harbour walks, vibrant and interesting open-air markets and a multitude of restaurants and bars.

With the famous salt lakes, near-by nature reserves, and the renowned 300 days of sunshine, the climate in this region is said to especially healthy. Whatever your reason for choosing Torrevieja, this area is a great place to relax and unwind.

All bedding, towels and tea towels are provided please bring your own beach towels.

The house is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, including complimentary welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk etc, and cleaned after your departure.

On your arrival our neighbour and friend will meet you, show you around the house, explain how everything works, answer any queries you may have and can point you in the right direction for the different amenities.

You can choose Alicante (the most popular) or Murcia/San Javier airports as they are both approximately 35 to 40 minutes drive away.

We recommend you consider hiring a car to give you the full freedom to visit the whole area with its many beaches and attractions.

We are also able to hire-out cots, highchairs, stair gates, bicycles, and for the golfers; high quality ladies and gents clubs.

Airport transfers can be arranged subject to availability.

Booking Information:
Rentals for more than 4 weeks are available by negotiation.

A 25% deposit (non-refundable) is required on reserving the house, with the balance being due 6 weeks before your arrival date.

For late bookings full payment is required on reservation.

A refundable security deposit is required, the amount being dependable on the rental period.

Maximum of 6 persons per reservation.
