This south-east facing 2 bedroom property is situated in the
same row as the communal pool, 4 properties away, and has a
large rooftop solarium with sea view. You are not able to see
the pool from the property.
Walk in through the gate and you have the
garden area which has been laid to patio, to the side you have
the driveway. Before entering the property you have a shaded
porch area with patio table and 4 chairs.
The area: You are a short walk to two
supermarkets; Consum and MaxCoop. There are lots of bars and
restaurants within walking distance, including the complex Via
Park 3 with a variety of English restaurants and bars as well as
a Chinese and Indian restaurant a Quicksave supermarket and the
Post Room which offers internet access. You can walk to the many
restaurants at Punta Prima, which has Spanish, Chinese, Indian,
English and Italian restaurants.
Accommodation:
Through the front door you have the living/dining
room which comprises 3 seater sofa, rocking chair, wooden coffee
table, wall unit, sideboard, 2 side tables, 2 table lamps,
pictures, large mirror, ceiling fan light, dining table and 4
chairs. The window, with curtains, looks out onto the front of
the property. For entertainment there is a television with DVD
player and CD player built into it (combination TV). Please
bring your own DVD's and CD's.
The archway at the end of the dining room
takes you into the fully tiled kitchen with wooden units and
marble worktop. There is a fridge/freezer, electric hob and
oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, saucepans,
cutlery, crockery and glasses.
The glass door to the side of the kitchen
leads out into the galleria area with washing machine and hot
water heater.
Off of the living room and through the
archway will take you to the main bedroom and bathroom.
The main bedroom has a double bed, 2
bedside tables with drawers, fitted wardrobe, hangers, 2 bedside
lamps, chest of drawers (inside wardrobe), picture, floor
standing fan, 5 pillows. The window, with curtains, looks out
onto the front of the property.
The main bathroom has a bath, over the
bath shower, shower curtain, toilet, bidet, sink, vanity unit,
mirror, bin, rubber bath mat, towel rail, towel ring. The window
looks out onto the side of the property.
Off of the living/dining room there is a
door which takes you into the second bedroom which has 2 single
beds, 1 bedside table with drawer, lamp, fitted wardrobe with
hangers, picture, 4 pillows, floor standing fan, chest of
drawers (inside wardrobe). The window, with curtains, looks out
onto the side of the property.
Going back out of the property and to the
side of the property you have stairs that lead up to the roof
top solarium with views of the sea and Torrevieja. The rooftop
solarium has a patio table, 2 chairs and 4 sun-loungers.
Additional items in the property: Gas BBQ
with cover and cooking utensils, 2 torches, clothes airer, iron,
ironing board and parasol and base.
Facilities:
The villa is suitable for families, couples, golfers and
elderly. There is one step leading from the road to the pathway
and a step into the property.
There are 2 communal pools you can use. The closest is 4
properties away and has grass around it, palm trees and sun
umbrellas.
The second pool is shaped, also has grass and sun umbrellas.
Punta Prima beach would be about a 20 minute walk.
Golf courses are approximately 10-15 minutes drive. There are 4
courses; Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor and La
Finca (at Algorfa).
There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the villa;
La Mata, Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig,
Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
The town of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive. The area also has a
water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), Pacha nightclub is
situated near the water park, there is horse-riding and jet
skiing (summer only) at Campoamor and go-karting on the N332
near Playa Flamenca, all within a 10 minute drive.
Special Points:
Pets are not allowed, the villa is non-smoking, smoking is
permitted outside only.
The property is cleaned prior to your
arrival and bed linen and towels (not beach pool towels) are
provided.
Rental periods are any day of the week,
subject to availability.
A car would be recommended, but not
essential. An airport pickup service can be arranged if
required. Alicante airport is approximately 35 minutes drive,
Murcia approximately 25 minutes drive.
There is bus service to Torrevieja which
is hourly. During July and August there is an hourly bus service
to the local beaches. The bus stop is a 5 minutes walk, outside
the Consum supermarket.
Booking
Information:
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers are available on any day of
the week.
A welcome pack containing tea, coffee,
sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine
to get your holiday off to a good start!
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150,
in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at
the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% of
the rental balance is required to secure the booking.
Beach towels, travel cot and high chair
can be provided at an additional charge.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for
this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged
if required.
If arriving at the property between the
hours of 11.00pm and 08.00am an additional late arrival charge
will be payable on arrival at the property.
