bedroom quad property is on the popular La Cinuelica development
at Los Altos. 40 minutes drive from Alicante airport and 30
minutes from Murcia airport.
You are a short walk to two supermarkets;
Consum and MaxCoop. There are lots of bars and restaurants
within walking distance, including the complex Via Park 3 with a
variety of English restaurants and bars as well as a Chinese and
Indian restaurant a Quicksave supermarket and the Post Room
which offers internet access. You can walk to the many
restaurants at Punta Prima, which has Chinese, Indian, English
and Italian restaurants and there is a very nice Spanish
restaurant Patio Andaluz.
Punta Prima
beach would be about a 20 minute walk.
Golf courses are
approximately 10-15 minutes drive. There are 4 courses; Las
Ramblas, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor and La Finca (at
Algorfa).
There are
several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the villa; La Mata,
Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and
Mil Palmeras.
The town of
Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive. The area also has a water park
at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), Pacha nightclub is situated near the
water park, there is horse-riding and jet skiing (summer only)
at Campoamor and go-karting on the N332 near Playa Flamenca, all
within a 10 minute drive.
Accommodation:
The property has 2 twin bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, kitchen,
galleria, living/dining room, 2 upstairs terraces, sheltered
porch, lower patio area and driveway.
The
property has 2 gates, one for the driveway the other taking you
up to the property. The lower area is fully tiled and suitable
for sunbathing, BBQ and al fresco dining.
On entering
the property you have the living/dining room with 3 seater sofa
bed, 2 seater sofa, dining table and 4 chairs, mirror,
sideboard, ceiling fan light, TV (Spanish channels available),
DVD player and air conditioning.
The rear of
the dining room you have an archway which takes you into the
fully tiled and fitted kitchen. The kitchen has a
fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, electric hob and oven and sink.
Leading off of the kitchen, through the door you have the
galleria area with hot water heater and washing machine.
Also on the
ground floor you have two bedrooms, both with single beds, large
set of drawers, fitted wardrobe and ceiling fan light.
The shower
room is on the ground floor with shower, toilet, sink, bidet and
mirror.
Upstairs
you have the main bedroom with large chest of drawers, bedside
tables, lamps, fitted wardrobe and ceiling fan light.
The
bathroom is on the 1st floor with bath, over the bath shower,
sink, toilet and mirror with lights.
There are
two terraces on the 1st floor leading to the front and rear of
the property, suitable for sunbathing or enjoying the view of
Torrevieja by night.
Facilities:
There are 2
communal pools for you to enjoy, the square pool is the closest
and there is also a shaped pool in short walking distance.
Special Points:
Rental periods can start on
any day of the week, subject to availability.
A car would be recommended, but not
essential. An airport pickup service can be arranged if
required. Alicante airport is approximately 35 minutes drive,
Murcia approximately 25 minutes drive.
There is bus service to Torrevieja which
is hourly. During July and August there is an hourly bus service
to the local beaches. The bus stop is a 5 minutes walk, outside
the Consum supermarket.
Booking

The property is cleaned prior to your
arrival and bed linen and towels (not beach pool towels) are
provided.
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is
required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to
arrival. Prices below are for 7 nights.
Changeovers are available on any day of
the week.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150,
in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at
the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
If arriving between the hours of
23.00-08.00 a late arrival charge for being met at the property
is applicable.
Beach towels, travel cot, welcome pack and
high chair can be provided at an additional charge.
Additional charges:
