has a ground floor area which has been laid to patio and steps
that take you up to the sheltered porch area and front door. A
canvas sunshade is available for your use at the front of the
property for extra shade from the sun.
There
is a communal pool, which is located to the rear of the
properties. You cannot see the pool from the property.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Parking is available on the road at the
front of the property.

The
living/dining room has a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa (one is a
sofa bed), glass coffee table, occasional table with table lamp,
glass corner unit, pictures, dining table with 4 chairs,
sideboard with TV, DVD player and satellite channels with BBC1 &
2, ITV1 & 2, Ch4, Ch5, Sky Sports 1-3, Sky movies 1 & 2, Sky
One, UK Gold, Sky News etc and approx 12 radio stations. The
living room has hot and cold air conditioning, 2 ceiling fan
lights. The window looks out to the front of the property.
Through the
archway from the rear of the living/dining room you have the
fully fitted and tiled kitchen which has a large fridge/freezer,
electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, kettle,
toaster, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, clock and hot
water tank. The kitchen has a window looking to the rear of the
property and a door leading to the outside covered in galleria
area.
Also on the
ground floor is a downstairs WC, with toilet, sink, mirror with
lights and window.
From the
dining area you go up to the first floor via a marble and wood
staircase.
Both
bedrooms are located on the first floor along with the main
bathroom.
The main
bedroom, which overlooks the front of the property has a hot and
cold air-conditioning unit and a ceiling fan light. There are
two single beds, bedside cabinet with 2 drawers, fitted wardrobe
with hangers and lamp. There is a balcony off of this bedroom.
The second
bedroom has a ceiling fan light, two single beds, beside cabinet
with 2 drawers, fitted wardrobe with hangers, lamp and the
window faces to the rear of the property.
The fully
tiled bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, shower curtain,
bidet, toilet, sink, mirror with lights and a window.
Carry on up
the stairs, you come to the roof top solarium ideal for
sunbathing.
The
townhouse also has an alarm system, heaters for the winter,
safe, glass patio table and 4 chairs, fold up sun-loungers
(which can be used at the property, around the pool or at the
beach), iron, ironing board and clothes airer.

Several supermarkets, Mercadona 5 minutes,
Consum 10 minutes, Maxcoop 15 minutes. There are also other
supermarkets in short walking distance; Mas y Mas, Aldi, Lidl,
Champion, Quicksave, Gama (all within 15-30 minutes walk).
Bars and restaurants, on the N332
approximately 15 minutes walk you have a selection of Spanish,
Chinese, Japanese, Indian, German, English, Italian restaurants
and a selection of bars and cafeterias.
Punta Prima beach is approximately 25
minutes walk.
Banks and internet café can be found on
the N332.At Via Park 3 commercial centre, approximately 20
minutes walk you have English, Chinese and Indian restaurants.

found at this complex.

Driving distance from the property you

4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa,
approx 20 minutes, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las
Ramblas, all approx 10-15 minutes drive.
Torrevieja town, approximately 10 minutes
drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a
promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items.
Nightly fun fair. The town comes alive at night during the
summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic.
A variety of blue flag beaches, many
within a 10 minute drive.
Las Habaneras shopping centre, with
underground parking and a large selection of shops is situated
10 minutes drive away.
The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin
bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 10 minute drive
away.
If you have children and they enjoy
McDonalds or Burger king, they are a 10 minute drive.
Aquapolis waterpark is a 10 minute drive.
There is a market everyday of the week on
the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on
a Saturday, approximately 20-25 minute walk.
Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and
is probably the largest market in the area.
There is an hourly bus service to
Torrevieja (all year round), and during the summer months there
is a bus service from the Consum supermarket to two of the local
beaches.
There is a taxi rank at the Consum
supermarket so obtaining a taxi is quite easy.
A car is not be essential when staying at
this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the
surrounding area further.
La Cinuelica is located 40 minutes drive
from Alicante airport and 30 minutes from Murcia airport.

The
property is not suitable for wheelchairs or the infirm. There
are steps leading to the property and both bedrooms are located
on the 1st floor.

booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance
is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers
are available on any day of the week.

butter, eggs and bottle of wine to get your holiday off to a
good start!
A
refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at
the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay
subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
If arriving
at the property between the hours of 11.00pm and 08.00am an
additional late arrival charge will be payable on arrival at the
property.
Travel cot,
high chair and beach towels are available at an additional cost.
