This Granada apartment is situated at La Cinuelica, Los Altos.
There is a flight of spiral stairs that lead up to the property,
situated on the second (top) floor (no lift) and is the end
apartment, as shown in the photo. Keep going up the spiral
staircase you come to the roof top solarium, for the sole use of
guests staying in the apartment and it has all day sunshine,
ideal for sunbathers. There are views of the Mediterranean sea
from the balcony and rooftop solarium.
On reaching the property entrance you have
the balcony. The property is north facing so for the majority of
the day the balcony is shaded. There is a table and four chairs
for al fresco dining.
Accommodation:
On entering the front door you have the living/dining room with
3 seater sofa, armchair, glass coffee table, sideboard, large
mirror, pictures, TV and DVD player (there are no English TV
channels), window facing the front of the property with
curtains. Dining table and 4 chairs.
At the end of the living/dining room you
have the fully tiled and fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer,
electric hob and oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, saucepans,
glasses, crockery and cutlery. There is a door from the kitchen
leading out to the utility area with water heater and washing
machine.
The main bedroom has a double bed, 2
bedside tables, 2 bedside lamps, window with curtains, fitted
wardrobe, hangers, 2 blankets for the winter.
The twin bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted
wardrobe, hangers and window with curtains.
The fully tiled bathroom has a bath with
shower over, shower curtain, toilet, bidet, sink and mirror.
The private roof top solarium, which is
not overlooked, boasts all day sunshine and has a sun-lounger,
chairs and parasol. The solarium has a view of the sea.
Facilities:
Two supermarkets; Consum and MaxCoop are in short walking
distance (5-10 minutes). There are lots of bars and restaurants
within walking distance (up to 15 minutes), including the complex
Via Park 3 with a variety of English restaurants and bars as
well as a Chinese and Indian restaurant a Quicksave supermarket
and the Post Room which offers internet access. You can walk to
the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has Chinese, Indian,
English and Italian restaurants and there is a very nice Spanish
restaurant Patio Andaluz.
Punta Prima beach is about a 20 minute walk.
Golf courses are approximately 10-15 minutes drive. There are
4 courses; Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor and La
Finca (at Algorfa).
There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the
apartment; La Mata, Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo
Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
The town of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive. The area also has
a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), Pacha nightclub is
situated near the water park, there is horse-riding and jet
skiing (summer only) at Campoamor and go-karting on the N332
near Playa Flamenca, all within a 10 minute drive.
A car would be recommended, but not essential. An airport
pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is
approximately 35-40 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 25-30
minutes drive.
There is bus service to Torrevieja which is hourly. During
July and August there is an hourly bus service to the local
beaches. The bus stop is about a 5 minutes walk, outside the
Consum supermarket.

Airport transfers can be arranged if

hours of 11.00pm and 08.00am an additional late arrival charge

A non-refundable
booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance
is required 8 weeks prior to arrival, if booking within 8 weeks
of arrival full balance is required.
A welcome
pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread,
butter, eggs and bottle of wine to get your holiday off to a
good start!
A
refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at
the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay
subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
Changeovers
are available on any day of the week.
Beach/pool
towels, travel cot and high chair can be provided at an
additional charge.
