Zenia, located in the Southern Costa Blanca has been

Renowned as the Market Garden of Europe, there are plentiful
daily markets displaying a variety of fresh fish, meats and
local produce.
The property is ideally situated close to the beach in a
private and secure complex for that perfect family holiday
in the resort of La Zenia, a 15 min drive south of
Torrevieja with all it's shops, market, promenade, and
international marina. Every evening in Torrevieja you will
find a small market, with crafts and artists along the
promenade front with a funfair situated adjacent to the
Marina.
The blue
flag beaches of La Zenia and Cabo Roig are all within a 10
min stroll of the urbanisation.
Within a
500m radius can be found a cosmopolitan range of restaurants
and bars catering for every taste and pocket.
Within a
10 min drive can be found the golf courses of Villamartin,
Campoamor, and Las Ramblas, with the famous La Manga Club
and it's 3 courses only 30 minutes away. Should you wish to
play golf, clubs may be hired, however, please do not forget
your handicap certificate.
For those wishing to take advantage of the fantastic diving

Provisions can be obtained from the nearby Mercadonna
supermarket in La Zenia or for the ultimate hypermarket
experience visit Carrefour in Torrevieja, signposted off the
N332.
Recently
opened within La Zenia is the Orihuela Costa Country Club
open to the public their facilities comprise of swimming
pool, gym, health centre, spa, tennis, bar and restaurant.
Within a
15 min drive you will find Go karting and the Aqua park both
great for the kids and adults too.
A little
further a field, within 1 hours drive, are the mud baths of Lo
Pagan and the Safari Park at Elche

additional upright fridge (ideal for beer and wine)
The
kitchen is provided with all the necessary utensils,
crockery, cutlery, corkscrew and bottle openers, glasses and
tea towels. An iron and ironing board are also included.
Bathroom 1 features a bath with shower, bidet, toilet and
washbasin.
Bathroom 2 features a double shower, toilet and washbasin.
Master
bedroom features a double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside
tables with lamps, and access to the upstairs balcony with
table and chairs.
Second
bedroom features 2 single beds with fitted wardrobes and
bedside table and light.
Third
bedroom features 1 single bed with bedside table and light
and dressing table.
Multi-speed ceiling fans are provided in every bedroom.
The
large enclosed patio area is fully tiled in blue ceramic and
with a locking gate is secure for small children.
Additionally, the whole urbanisation offers remote control
security access making it a safe haven for children.
Patio
and balcony furniture includes tables and chairs, sun
loungers, parasols and retractable sunshade, and a BBQ (not
to be used near furniture and sunshades).
Facilities:
For your benefit our on-site management company provides a
full 24 hr meet and greet service to introduce you to the
property explain the facilities and provide your keys.
At this
time your fee of 50 Euros for end of rental cleaning and
laundry will be collected.
All
equipment for small children, cots, high chairs, buggies,
toys are available for weekly rental as an optional extra
through our on-site management company.
Special Points:
Bed Linen, bath
and hand towels are provided, however, please bring your own
beach towels.
Smoking
is strictly forbidden within the property and must be
restricted to outside if necessary.
In the
interests of Health & Safety we request that only plastic
glasses are used around the communal pool area and that the
rules displayed are followed for the benefit of everyone.
Booking
Information:
A
security/key deposit of £100 is payable with final booking
payment 8 weeks prior to departure and will be refunded 14
days after your return.
