Accommodation:
The
villa is situated in a small gated complex called Lago Rosa,
which is very private. It has it's own driveway at the side
of the house.
On the
ground floor there is an American style open plan
Kitchen/Dining/Living area with air-con, sofa bed in the
lounge TV, Video, Stereo CD Radio a utility room with
washing machine, iron and board.
There
is a bedroom with twin beds and a shower room with wash
basin and toilet.
There
is also a front terrace and patio with patio furniture which
overlooks the pool.
The 1st
level has a Master Bedroom with air-con, balcony/terrace and
en-suite luxury bathroom. Bedroom window overlooks pool
The 2nd
level is a Roof Top Solarium with wonderful views of the
salt lake and the communal pool.
Torrevieja has a unique lifestyle in that it combines a

wonderful holiday.
Torrevieja is named by the World Health Organisation as the
healthiest place in the world to live and the Crevillente
mountains protect the coast to the west and the warm
Mediterranean sea to the east makes this an ideal all year
round holiday destination.
Special Points:
To confirm a
booking a £75 non returnable deposit is required.
The balance will be due not less than 4 weeks before your
stay.
A £100
keys/breakages returnable deposit is payable on payment of
balance.
This will be returned approx one week after your stay.
For your
convenience and to ensure the place is suitably clean for
the next
guests a payment of 50 euros must be made to the management
company on your
arrival. They will show you round the house.
If you
are unhappy with any aspect of the level of cleanliness
please let the management company know.
At the
end of your stay a deduction may be made from the deposit if
the place is left in an unreasonable state.
Bed linen
and towels are provided, bring your own beach towels.
No
smoking inside house.
Prices
are for up to 4 people, there is an extra charge of £35 per
person per week up to a max of 6.
