Description:
The property is situated thirty minutes south of Alicante airport and a five minute drive to the small town of Guardamar and its beautiful scenic beaches and sand dunes. There are ample shops, restaurants and bars to suit everyone.

Every Wednesday there is a large market which takes up three streets of the town centre (well worth a visit).

Guardamar is surrounded by citrus fruit orchards and vegetable gardens. If you don't drive there is a bus stop near the property which takes you to the bus station in the town centre, here you can catch a bus or taxi wherever you want to go.

We are approximately one hour drive away from Benidorm and the theme park, Terra Mitica, there is also a sea life park, Mundamar. Fifteen minutes south of the property is the town Torrevieja with lovely beaches and shops and a great new shopping centre for all the latest fashions.

Rio Safari is approximately twenty minutes north of the property, between the towns of Elche and Santa Pola, this is a great place to take the kids.

Accommodation:
Two bedroom one bathroom bungalow with roof sun terrace. The living room and open plan kitchen is well equipped for your holiday needs. The kitchen is fitted with all modern appliances, including part gas and electric hob, oven, washer, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave oven, toaster, iron and ironing board and all crockery, glasses, cutlery and utensils.

In the living room there is a comfortable bed settee which can sleep two people, there is also a dining table and four chairs, additional table and chairs can be found on the front patio. The living room also has a TV with British TV channels DVD player with several films for all the family, CD player with radio and a selection of board games.

Bedroom two has twin beds and wardrobes.

Bedroom one has a double bed and wardrobes.

The bathroom comprises of both bath and shower.

Upstairs on the spacious sun terrace, there are sun loungers for you to laze and soak up the sun. The outdoor communal swimming pool is very near by and can be seen clearly from the back f the property.

Murcia airport just 50 minutes drive.

There is a one of payment of 52 Euros payable to our key holder on receipt of keys, this is to cover laundry and cleaning on your departure.

Booking Information:
Please note a 25% reservation deposit is payable on booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday.

There is also a refundable deposit of £100.

Strictly no pets.

Smoking not allowed in the property.

Directions will be sent along with receipt for final payment.

Collection to and from airport can be arranged if required.
