Situated on the edge of the popular resort of Torrevieja on
the Costa Blanca is the pretty private gated complex of
“Lago Jardin” in Los Balcones with its matured and
established gardens with fountains.
Accommodation:
This cosy apartment with its balcony,
overlooks the large cloverleaf shaped swimming pool with BBQ
area, Tennis courts and also a poolside bar and restaurant
that has weekly programmed entertainment, it is further
surrounded by beautiful lush gardens, a small church and a
lending library and is ideal for couples or small families.
The one bed roomed apartment can
easily sleep 4 with its twin bedroom and a double sofa bed.
The lounge area is equipped with
satellite TV, DVD/CD player. It has a fully equipped
American style kitchen, with a separate dining area.
The bathroom has a shower.
The apartment is attractively
furnished throughout with cool air flow.
Additional facilities are located less
than 5 minutes away and include bars, restaurants, a
supermarket, Banks and a chemist. Taxis and bus services to
all local facilities are located a short walk away.
Just minutes away the local attractive
salt lakes are situated. The beautiful sandy beaches of
Torrevieja are a 5 minute drive from the complex with
numerous other beaches within a 15 minute drive.
Within Torrevieja there is a lively
nightlife with numerous bars/clubs and restaurants to suit
all ages. And for those with a golfing interest the nearest
golf course is 10 minutes away, with a total of 7 courses
within a 25 minute drive, booking for golf can also be
arranged.
Taxis and bus services to all local
facilities are located a short walk away. A car would enable
further access to many other attractions and beaches on the
Costa Blanca as within 1 hours drive you have Benidorm,
terra Mitica Benidorms famous theme park, also Mundomar, and
Aqualandia water park.
