to a number of bars and restaurants Playa Flamenca has to
offer. The only problem is choosing from such a large number
of bars and restaurants!
The
house is situated between 3 championship golf courses
(Campoamor, Villa Martin & Los Rambles), just a short walk
to Playa Flamenca beach and huge number of Bars, Shops,
Clubs and Restaurants are just 5 minutes away. Yet the
property is located in a quite area. An ideal location for
families, couples and golfers a like.
Torrevieja is just a short drive away where you can enjoy a
spot of shopping, maybe at the large street market (ideal
for all gifts to take home!), or evening street stalls. It
has a beautiful marina, plus many cafes, bars and
restaurants.
There
are clubs including Pacha and El divino which can close at
8am in the summer months. For the children there is a fun
fair, Aqua Park (Summer), Go Karting, Bowling. There are
miles of beautiful beaches on which many water sports can be
found. There is a large local supermarket within a 3 minute
walk.
Torrevieja also has a few churches and museums plus
beautiful public parks with great walks too. You can also
enjoy some of the 320 days of sunshine (ave.) this area gets
every year.

This house has a nice size living room and is furnished to a
very good standard. It comes complete with comfortable
settee, satellite TV (with Sky Sports), dining table with
four chairs, ceiling fan. The property has a front terrace,
large roof top solarium with views to the pool, which is
great for sunbathing or just watching the sun go down. The
house comes complete with outside furniture (including sun
loungers). There is a large swimming pool, including
children’s paddling area only 20 meters away.
Special Points:
This house is
situated between Alicante airport, an Murcia airport which
is now becoming more popular as it is being used by smaller
(budget) airlines. TIP - If you wish to hire a car from the
airport I would recommend car jet (please contact us for
their website address) as this does seem to be good value.
We can also arrange transfers at half the price of some
companies.
Booking Information:
There is a £99 returnable deposit refunded upon safe return
of keys and inspection of house. Payment in Pounds or Euros
welcome.
Balance
due 8 weeks before start of holiday. There is a 45 Euro
cleaning and bedding charge payable on arrival. Change-over
days are negotiable subject to availability.
We can
arrange airport transfers from Alicante or Murcia Airports.
Long term rentals available with very good discounts. - 2
weeks 10% - 3 weeks 15% - 4 weeks 20%. Weekend breaks also
very reasonable! We recommend that you take out appropriate
insurance cover for the duration of your holiday.
Included
in rental rates is the full use of our property management
company who can arrange extra items for your stay.
