Playa Flamenca is on the coast just south of Torrevieja and 45 minutes drive from Alicante.

There are a number of local blue flag sandy beaches the nearest is 7 minutes by car 30 minutes walk.

Villamartin, Los Ramblas and Campoamor Championship golf courses are 10 minutes drive away.

The apartment itself is on a gated complex ' no through traffic’. The swimming pool which has electrically opened doors is large with a children's pool and a grassed area for sun bathing.

The Costa Blanca itself caters for every type of holiday, sunbathing around the pool or on the soft white sand beaches, golfing on the numerous courses or shopping in the established cities of Alicante, Murcia and Cartagena or spend a day visiting Benidorm approx 65 minutes drive or the world famous La Manga resort, 45 minutes drive.

Built in 2000 the apartment is the top floor of a 2 story house comprising of

The lounge/dining area has a comfortable sofa bed which converts into a double bed.

Dining table, coffee table, sideboard, TV and video player, DVD player and electric ceiling fan.

The kitchen is American style and comes complete with gas hob, microwave, toaster, iron, ironing board, fridge/ freezer, washing machine and is fully equipped.

The spacious bedroom has 2 single fitted beds fitted wardrobes and bedside lighting.

The bathroom is fully tiled with bath, shower, WC and sink.

The large balcony is glazed to form a conservatory and has a table, 4 chairs and sun loungers.

Facilities:
Local bars, restaurants and shops are within 5 minutes walk, larger complexes with a variety of entertainment and restaurants selling cuisine from all continents are 15 minutes walk away.

Please note it is imperative you are adequately insured for your holiday.
