The dining area has a table and 4 chairs. The generous size
kitchen is fully equipped with microwave oven,
fridge/freezer, oven & hob and has a separate utility room
which is equipped with a sink and a washing machine.
Both
Bedrooms and Lounge have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
There
is an upstairs undercover patio. This is equipped with a
table and 4 chairs, ideal for eating "al fresco" and
watching the world go by., there is also a double bed settee
if you fancied sleeping under the stars.
The
house has been furnished in modern Mediterranean style and
has a three Seater settee and a two Seater which both pull
out. Digital Sky satellite with over 30 TV stations and 15
radio stations. Stations include Sky sports 1+2+3, Sky
movies 1+2, Sky news, ITV 1+2, BBC 1+2 plus many more. The
kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and there is
a separate utility room that is equipped with a sink and
washing machine. Further details outdoors: There is a
covered patio area off the landing which is equipped with
table and chairs and has views of the swimming pool and
gardens. The pool is barely a minutes walk away and has a
children's pool area.

Costa Blanca has the reputation of enjoying over 300 days of
sunshine a year. If you want to enjoy the relaxing pace of
life in the true Spanish style then Punta Prima is the place
for you.
Torrevieja is reputed to have one of the healthiest climates
in the world due to its 2 large natural salt lakes. Many
people use the mud baths in the lakes in order to alleviate
their aches and pains. There are also some natural hot spas
in this area. Torrevieja area Within 5 minutes drive there
is a choice of 6 sandy blue flag beaches. La Zenia and
Campoamor beach has a range of water sports, inc. jet
skiing, para-sailing and banana boats. Most have amenities
and beach bars. For smaller or more secluded beaches head
south of Torrevieja, for long wide stretched beaches head
north where you will find dunes, pine forests and picnic
areas. Local Punta Prima and Playa Flamenca beaches are in
walking distance.
You
will find 3 championship golf courses within 15 minutes
drive.
Las
Rambles : shorter narrower course and likely to test the
lower or
average handicapper.
Campoamor: a luscious rolling green course which will
attract all types of
golfer.
Villamartin: hosted the 1994 Mediterranean Open so the
quality of the course
speaks for itself.

maps of the

There are ferries from the UK and Ireland to Northern Spain
(Bilbao &
Santander) or even take a leisurely drive through France
down to the Costa
Blanca.

fully refundable
