Bedroom, there are plenty of outside areas for either dining
al fresco or topping up your tan.
If you fancy a round of golf Quesada has its
own golf course La Marquesa.
The superb golf course La Finca is nearby. Some of the best
golf courses in Spain are a 10/15 minute drive away, La
Finca, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor etc.
There are several bars and restaurants
in Dona Pepa that are within walking distance from the
house. There is a well developed and buzzing 'high street'
in 'Old Town Quesada' providing all the facilities that you
would expect, within 10/15 minutes walking distance of the
house.

The house has a ground floor bathroom
with walk in shower, WC and vanity basin.
The family bathroom is luxurious with its corner bath with
over bath shower, WC, bidet and vanity base.
The living room comprises of sofas, coffee table, display
and storage units, ceiling fans, dining table with
comfortable seating for six. Satellite TV has been installed
with sky sports/films, DVD, VIDEO & CD Player. The
separate kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with full oven
and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and all
crockery and utensils. There is a separate room for the
washing machine, iron and board.
Special Points:
The main airports for the area are within
easy travelling distance, Alicante 25 minutes and Murcia
(San Javier) is around 35 minutes (approx). Car Hire is
advisable to be able to explore the lovely surrounding
areas/beaches, although it is not essential.

The house will be fully heated for the winter months. The
house is ideal for families/small groups. Cots, stair gates,
toys etc., are available for hire, please enquire.
The house overlooks the community swimming pool. There is a
level paved front and back garden with BBQ, sun loungers,
table and chairs etc., The front garden has a large terrace,
the main bedroom has a large balcony which overlooks the
community pool, also the guest bedroom upstairs has a
balcony.
All linen and towels are provided but please bring along
your own beach/pool towels
Booking Information:
Changeover
days are preferred on a Friday/Saturday especially in high
season. We will try to be flexible where possible.
Bookings can be taken by telephone or email.
A 20% booking fee is required to confirm your booking.
The balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure.
Keys will be sent to you.
On departure A charge for cleaning will be made.
