Description:
A newly built house available for rent all year round, in
the lovely resort of Quesada, Torrevieja.
It is a two bedroom house which sleeps
up to 6 people and is situated within a small development of
20 houses which share a large swimming pool with separate
children’s pool adjoined, and sun loungers and chairs.
The house is situated in a quiet area
on the top of hills so is ideal for relaxing, but it is
within reach of local amenities in a 3 minute walk; or the
main town of Quesada is a 10 minute walk or a 3 minute
drive.
Within a 3 minute walk are local amenities inc. a
supermarket, bars, restaurants and also internet facilities.
A further couple of minutes walk will bring you to the local
Country Club which hosts Bowls, Night-time Entertainment, a
restaurant and use of the swimming pool.
The main town of Quesada is a 10
minute walk or 3 minute drive where you will find numerous
shops including a tobacconist, newsagents, beauty salon,
hairdressers, boutiques, and banks with exchange facilities
and a number of restaurants and bars. There is also the
famous Don Carlos tavern which welcomes children & families.
A new Medical Centre and chemist are also in the town.
Quesada also boasts many sporting facilities including
bowls, tennis, golf, crazy golf, bicycle hire and an Aqua
park.
The Aqua Park is only a 3 minute drive
or 5-10 minute walk away from the property which is open in
the high season from 10am-7pm and for a very reasonable
price, i.e. €6 for adults. It is also very family friendly
with various small slides for children or larger slides and
rapids for the ‘bigger’ kids!
There are also weekly markets around
Quesada. San Miguel on a Sunday hosts a large open air
market where you can find everything you need from beds and
sofas to fresh fruit and vegetables. It is worth seeing!
Guadamar also hosts a weekly market which is only ten
minutes drive away. As well as a market, it also has one of
the best blue flag beaches in the Costa Blanca where you can
take part in water sports on offer.
The town of Torrevieja, only 15
minutes drive, also hosts a market on most evenings in high
season, as well as a marina, funfair, aqua park, vast
choices of bars and restaurants, go karting, crazy golf, and
nightclubs for young adults.
There are many outstanding golf
courses in the area including Royal Campoamor, Las Ramblas
and Villa Martin where they have, in the past, held the
Spanish Open, as well as La Marquesa which is part of the
Ciudad Quesada urbanization.
Villa Martin with 3 championship golf courses is just 20
minutes drive away and La Marquesa Golf course is only 3
minutes away.
Accommodation:
It is
fully equipped with two bedrooms (both twin) with double
sized wardrobes and bedside tables with lamps and ceiling
fans.
One of
the bedrooms boasts an amazing view of the swimming pool
area and surrounding area of Quesada, including the Aqua
park and Salt Lakes.
There
is also a fully tiled bathroom with toilet, bath/shower, and
bidet and wash basin.
A
spacious living area boasts a 3 piece suite inc. a pull out
sofa bed for extra guests, a coffee table, wide screen
television with Digital Satellite (inc. Sky Sports 1&2, Euro
sport, RTE, BBC, ITV and many film & music channels), Hi-Fi,
DVD player and VCR.
There
is also a ceiling fan for extra comfort.
The
balcony is also accessible from here via sliding doors,
which has table and chairs for relaxing or ideal for eating
outside whilst enjoying views of the swimming pool and Aqua
Park.
There
is also a separate dining area inside. The kitchen includes
a fridge-freezer, a microwave, washing machine, kettle,
toaster, full oven and hob and all necessary utensils, iron
and ironing board.
A
second bathroom with toilet and wash basin is also situated
downstairs.
Finally, there is a roof top solarium with sun loungers and
ample space for hanging out the washing!
The
house is also very secure with an alarm and grills on the
windows and doors.
Special Points:
All bed linen and towels are provided, except for beach
towels.
We
suggest for all guests who smoke, that it will be restricted
to outside on the balcony. This is for the comfort of other
guests.
The house
is only 30 minutes drive away from Alicante and Murcia
airports where most low cost airlines such as Ryanair and
Easyjet fly to daily.
You can
follow the AP7 and N332 roads which are very accessible to
Quesada - driving directions will be given. (A car is not a
necessity but would be very advisable in order to visit many
areas in and around Quesada).
Pick up
from and to the airport can also be arranged.
Booking Information:
Prices
quoted are for the house and not per person.
There will be a non-refundable deposit of £50 per week
required to secure a booking.
The balance of the holiday should be paid in full 8 weeks
prior to departure.
A cleaning and laundry charge of €50 (Euros) will also need
to be paid at the end of the holiday when the keys have been
returned. This price again, is for the house and not per
person.
We will require a deposit of £75 for damage and breakables
which will be refunded upon inspection of the house at the
end of the holiday, if we are happy everything is
satisfactory.
Short stays, holidays and long stays are all available
subject to availability.
(There is a minimum rental requirement of four nights).
