Description:
The apartment is on the second floor on the new Palacios Mar complex. The apartment sleeps 4/6 with one double bedroom, one bedroom with 2 single beds, and a sofa bed. A very large communal swimming pool.

The kitchen is a full equipped with washer, oven/hob, fridge/freezer,
toaster, microwave, iron & ironing board.  

Built-in wardrobes can be found in the main bedroom, and free standing wardrobes can be found in the second bedroom.

The property has a large roof solarium and balcony with table and chairs, perfect for those that love to soak up the sun.

The lounge has a sofa bed and sky TV with English channels.

You can find a supermarket just around the corner, as are a variety of restaurants and bars.

A bus runs from opposite the complex to the sandy beaches of Guardamar.

Golf courses and aqua parks are only a few minutes drive away,  There is even a fishing tackle shop near to the apartment.

Rojales town has supermarkets, banks, shops , restaurants, bars and a whole street of discos where the locals let their hair down till the early hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. During the day Rojales is a sleepy town with the river Segura running through the centre of it.

It is an ideal place to unwind and watch the world go by. The market is on Thursday and the town is alive with all the people buying the many bargains that are available there.

Guardamar is about 10 minutes away in a car and is a larger town with miles of beautiful beach with a blue flag for cleanliness and safety.

There is also a large nudist beach if you want to get an all over tan. The marina here is where you can hire a boat or arrange your water sports.

Torrevieja is about 15 minutes away and is very lively with everything you would expect in a tourist resort, beaches lots of shops, cafes, clubs, banks, and a port with a submarine you can explore, lots of water sports and safe beaches and small coves to explore.

There is a large water park in Quesada where you can spend the entire day on the large slides and in the pools. this is about 10 minutes away.

We will arrange for you to be welcomed at the property and given keys.

A welcome pack is included in the rental price E.G water, tea, coffee and wine.

In the interests of other guests we ask you not to smoke in the apartment and to be considerate about noise especially at night or siesta time, as some people live in the complex.

All linen and towels are supplied. Sorry beach towels are not supplied.

Rojales is a traditional Spanish town surrounded by hills and agriculture and is very well placed for exploring, being only a few minutes drive or bus ride to sandy beaches and golf courses. Alicante is only 25min away, Torrevieja 15mins and even Benidorm is in easy reach by car or bus.

The apartment is very well situated being only a few minutes walk from the centre of the town passing Tapas bars and a variety of restaurants along the way.

There is a bus stop opposite the complex taking you straight to the sandy beach and pine forests of Guardamar- alternatively this is only a 5min drive away. The town contains all the shops needed, including a supermarket, and there is also an English bar in the centre, and a larger English pub with a games room, on the outskirts and overlooking the town.

There are good sports facilities in and around Rojales including bowling, tennis, aqua parks and golf. The aqua park in Quesada, on the edge of Rojales, is also suitable for small children as well as having rapids and slides. The golf course of Quesada is only 2mins away and the larger one of La Finca is only 5mins away- this also has a bar/restaurant open to everyone.

To the south of the town in the surrounding hills are the caves of El Rodeo which incorporate an extensive handicrafts market.

Only a few minutes away are the two salt lakes of Torrevieja. Dating back to the 12thcentury, these are the most important of their kind in Europe. They have National Park status and there are cycle paths and pedestrian routes around them from which you can view some of the 250 species of birds spotted there, including migrating flamingos.

Torrevieja itself is under 15mins away and has plenty to offer with its marina, funfair, street markets, nightclubs, all kinds of restaurants, two large aqua parks and a wonderful indoor market.

Booking Information:
To secure a booking we require a £50 deposit, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks before your trip. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel.

There will also be a £100 security deposit to be paid at the same time as the balance. This will be refunded once the property has been cleaned and checked after departure, (you are also liable for any damages exceeding this fee).
