Lounge has a sofa bed, Sky TV, air con and large patio doors opening onto the enclosed terrace with table and chairs.

Kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, oven, fridge, microwave, and iron. Dining area has table and chairs and sideboard.

Utility room and bathroom with bath/shower.

Double bedroom has built-in wardrobe.

2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and free-standing wardrobe.

All main rooms have ceiling fans.

There are security grills, alarm and front-locking gate.

Accommodation:
The apartment is is very well situated being only a few minutes walk from the centre of the town passing Tapas bars and other restaurants on the way and also a supermarket on the complex. There is a bus stop opposite taking you straight to the sandy beaches of Guardamar (or a 6min drive).
Rojales is a traditional Spanish town surrounded by hills and orange groves. the town has supermarkets, banks, shops, restaurants bars, an internet cafe and on the outskirts, an English pub with games room. The river Segura runs through the centre and to the south of the town are the caves of El Rodeo where crafts are sold.
On Thursdays the town is alive with its market, and the nearby villages also have markets from which to shop for bargains.

La Finca golf course is just outside the town and Campoamor, Villa martin and others are within easy driving distance.

The local aqua park of Quesada has large slides and rapids but is also suitable for smaller children.

Torrevieja with its larger aqua park, marina, markets, restaurants and salt-lakes is a 15 minutes drive, and Benidorm's Terra Mitica park a 50min drive.

For those wishing to explore more of "real Spain" the mountains are within easy reach, and a day at Guadalest highly recommended.

Rojales is also well placed for exploring cities such as the Baroque city of Orihuela, and Murcia.

Alicante airport and city are 25 minutes away.

In the interests of other guests we ask you not to smoke in the property and to be considerate about noise.

All linen and towels are supplied (not beach towels)

Booking Information:
Short-term rentals:
To secure a booking we require a £50 deposit, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks before your trip. This is non-refundable if you cancel.

There will also be a £100 security deposit to be paid with the balance. This will be refunded once the apartment has been cleaned and checked after departure ( you are also liable for any damages exceeding this fee)

Long-term rentals:
A deposit of 1 month is required to secure the booking with 2 months rental to be paid at least 6 weeks in advance. This again is non-refundable if booking is cancelled.
Note the price doesn't include utilities, which will be collected by our Spanish agent. These in the past have ranged from 50 - 100 euros per month all included.
