A lovely apartment, in the urbanisation of Al Andalus ΙΙ, within the La Florida area situated 10 minutes drive south of Torrevieja. The urbanisation has a large communal pool, tennis court and a children's play area.

Accommodation:
Our 2 bedroom apartment is on the top (second) floor of a duplex property, with large private roof terrace (solarium), patio furniture and barbeque. The lounge/diner is comfortably furnished with sofa bed, ceiling fan/light, dining table and chairs. There are 2 bedrooms; one double and one twin both rooms have fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, lamps and ceiling fan lights.

Facilities:
For entertainment there is English satellite TV, a video player, music centre and board games. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, hob, oven, washing machine, toaster, iron and ironing board. The bathroom is fully tiled with bath, over the bath shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

Special Points:
The apartment is within short walking distance to many shops, restaurants and bars. It is a 20 minute walk to the local beaches or a few minutes drive. Torrevieja town is a 10 minute drive. Alicante airport is approximately 30 minutes drive. Murcia airport is approximately 20 minutes drive.
