A beautiful apartment in Villa Martin. Fabulous sunbathing terraces and private porch terrace with patio table and chairs.
Five minutes from three renowned golf courses, ten minutes drive to Blue Flag beaches.

Accommodation:
The apartment hosts a bright and airy interior which comprises a double bedroom, kitchen area, dining area, living area and bathroom.

The double bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, a double fitted wardrobe, two bedside tables with lamps and a chest of drawers.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric hob, microwave oven, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, crockery etc.

An iron and ironing board are also available, together with an electric cooler fan. The dining area has a dining table, four chairs and a dresser.

The living room has a double sofa bed and a coffee table. The apartment enjoys the benefit of a large television which hosts Satellite Channels and a Radio/CD Player .

The bathroom is fully tiled with toilet, sink, bath and shower. All bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach and pool towels.

Facilities:
For your enjoyment, the area hosts a number of close amenities, including golf courses, an aqua park, markets, go-karting, fishing, sailing and walking facilities.

Guests can relax in the beautiful landscaped gardens located at Las Carolinas, where they can use the facilities of the barbecue hut, sunbathing terraces and smaller children's splash pool.

Alternatively, guests may wish to use the apartment's patio suite on the small private porch terrace for 'al fresco' dining. We request that smoking is limited to the porch terrace or outside.

Special Points:
We are very flexible regarding arrival and departure times, but during busy periods, request that the apartment is vacated at 12 noon, however if this is inconvenient, please enquire as we will do our utmost to accommodate you.

Suitable for golfers, families and elderly, children welcome, no pets allowed.

The above-mentioned prices include all cleaning costs and a courtesy Welcome Pack for all guests.

The price of the apartment is inclusive of a £50 non-refundable booking deposit. On receipt of this booking deposit, the directions to the apartment, together with the telephone number of our key holder will be sent to our guests.

Our key holder will meet and greet our guests and hand over the keys to the apartment.

A £50.00 damage deposit is payable to our key holder on arrival, which will be refunded if no damage is caused to the apartment or its contents at the end of the stay.

Long lets of 4 weeks or more from £100 per week.
