Accommodation:
The apartment is tastefully furnished with two luxury bedrooms and two sofa beds in the lounge.

Bedrooms can be either two double bedrooms or 2 single
beds in each room.
Kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher etc.

Front balcony overlooks the sea, rear balcony overlooks the communal pool.

Patio and chairs provided on the balcony.
Upstairs is a large solarium with table and chairs and sun beds and
also a barbecue for those who prefer to cook at home.

 Facilities:
 Close to Villamartin complex where there are abundance of bars and
restaurants and also a supermarket.
Just a short drive from the beach and the newly opened Shopping Mall with all the designer shops.
Villamartin Golf course is just a five minute drive and also nearby are two other golf clubs.
Special Points:
 All bed linen and towels provided.  Please bring own beach towels.

Nearest airports are Alicante and Murcia and airport transfers can be arranged at a cost of 40 euros each way, can accommodate up to 6 people. 

Cleaning is charged at a cost of 50 euros and is payable when keys are handed over.  At the same time a deposit of £100 or 100 euros is required, whichever is preferred, to act as a damage/breakage deposit.

Lost keys are charged at a cost of 50 euros.  Mid week or holiday change can be arranged at a cost of 25 euros.

Welcome packs are available at a cost of 30 euros.

Booking Information:

A booking deposit of £100 is required to confirm reservation. 

Balance of rental is due 30 days before commencement of holiday. 

A breakage deposit of £100 or 100 euros, whichever is preferred is required on arrival in the resort when you are met and shown to the apartment. 

Providing there are no breakages and the keys are returned this will be refunded on departure. 

At the same time the cleaning payment of 50 euros is due.
