located in the impressive and desirable Pinada Golf area of
Villamartin; it is situated on the second floor, and
overlooks the swimming pool area to the front.
It also has the advantage of being the corner
apartment, and so enjoys views over the golf course to the
side. These apartments are very "Spanish" in appearance, and
have been built to high quality standards.
It has been very tastefully furnished, is very
comfortable, has been finished very nicely by the builders,
and has marble flooring throughout.

five minutes drive, whilst the sandy beaches and warm waters

Accommodation:
The dining area, which has the benefit of having good quality
"rustik style" Mexican furniture.
The lounge is larger than average in size, has been well
furnished, and has excellent views over Villamartin from the
large window to the side.
Bedroom 1 has 2 large built-in wardrobes, a double bed, and
has been tastefully furnished.
Bedroom 2 has also been nicely furnished, has a built-in
wardrobe, and 2 single beds.
The patio terrace to the front is spacious, contains both
plants plus patio table & chairs, and has impressive views
over the swimming pool to the front, and over Villamartin
golf course to the side.
Swimming Pool is of a good size, as depicted in the photo. The
swimming pool area has been pleasantly landscaped, and there
is also plenty of room around the pool for sunbathing etc.
Being the corner plot, the lounge benefits from having a side
as well as front window, and has excellent views over the
golf course to the side; the photo on the right displays

Facilities:
Spacious balcony terrace at the front, overlooking the
swimming pool area, together with views over Villamartin
golf course.
The terrace also houses a patio table & chairs, enabling one
to eat and / or relax outside whilst enjoying the views.

over the golf course and the sea beyond.
Use of the private communal swimming pool.
Living room: tastefully furnished. Seating for 4 people, added
benefit of front and side windows, satellite television, and
ceiling fan. The sofa also converts into a double bed.
Dining area: seating for 4 people, with a good quality Mexican
wooden table and chairs.
Due to fire regulations and the comfort of other guests, we
request that smoking is limited to the front terrace and
outside.
The Apartment is on the second floor of a luxury apartment
block and access is via a spiral staircase - not lift, and
is therefore not considered suitable for very elderly or
infirm persons.
Linen is provided, and the apartment will be fully cleaned
both before your arrival and after departure for the next
guests.
Towels are also provided, but not beach towels.
Lockable private wrought iron gate at the entrance to the
apartment from the spiral staircase, ensuring privacy and
maximises security when locked.
The front door is protected by a high security lock, and is
also protected by an attractive lockable security grill.
The windows to the front are protected by window grills.
The apartment also enjoys the added benefit of having a
burglar alarm.
Booking Information:
prices are per week and for rental of the apartment, NOT per
person.
£30 cleaning and laundry charge will also apply in addition to
the weekly tariff. Again, this is for the apartment and NOT
per person. This charge will only apply once throughout the
duration of the rental period.
To reserve accommodation , a non-refundable deposit of £75 per
week is required. The remaining balance is due a minimum of
6 weeks before occupancy, together with the key & damage
deposit if booking is made within 6 weeks of occupancy, then
full payment together with the key & damage deposit will be
required.
If you ever re-book with us, as a "repeat Customer" we will
guarantee you a 15% discount off the listed price.
We also operate a scheme whereby, if you recommend guests who
subsequently rent the apartment from us, we will also
provide you with a further discount off your next booking
with us.
Key and Damage Deposit Please note that a key and damage
deposit of £100 will also be required with the balance; this
will be refunded in full following your departure, subject
to there being no damage or excess cleaning required, and to
satisfactory return of all keys.
For any bookings made by people under 25 years of age, the key
and damage deposit required will be increased to £200.
The listed prices are applicable only when there are between 1
to 4 people in the party; please note that should there be
more than 4 people staying in the accommodation (i.e. 5 or 6
people), then a supplement of £8 per night will be
chargeable.
For an approx` cost of £15, we can provide a Welcome Pack.
Ideal for those arriving in the evening, a typical pack
would include: tea, coffee, milk, soft drink, water, bread,
cheese, butter, jam and snacks. Other items can be
requested but may incur an additional charge.
