beaches can be reached within 10 minutes and Torrevieja
within 15-20 minutes.

is a large communal swimming pool.
You
enter the villa into the open plan lounge/dining area, with
a sofa and a dining table and chairs for 4 people. A
breakfast bar to the semi independent kitchen.
The
kitchen provides base and wall units, electric oven and hob,
fridge freezer, washing machine and a microwave.
Downstairs is a shower room and a twin bedroom.
Upstairs there is a full bathroom with a over bath shower
and two bedrooms.
The
master bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobes.
The
second bedroom has twin beds and built in wardrobes.
On this
floor you have a further staircase which gives access to the
roof solarium.

In
addition to the above guests will be asked for a linen fee
of 60 Euros on arrival and will also need to pay a
refundable breakage deposit of £100 at the time of booking.
The
villa is 20 minutes from Murcia Airport and 40 minutes from
Alicante airport.
