Repair Information:
Why pay as much as £70 and wait weeks to have your console fixed. We can repair it for you in just one day at a cost of only £22 for the 1 or 3 Red Rings of Death / Red  including the E74 error message. You pay an upfront fee of £10 (to prevent time wasters and to allow us to correctly diagnose and analyse the problem with your console). The remaining £12 is only payable following the successful repair of your Xbox console. IF WE DON’T REPAIR YOUR XBOX YOU DON’T PAY US THE REPAIR FEE.

We only install and use the best components / tools to make sure your Xbox 360 is modified and fixed correctly. i.e. the best quality Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste for more efficient cooling, top grade and correct size screws, and washers that will not melt when you play the Xbox, and highly efficient (where necessary) new heat sinks / pads. This ensures that the repairs / modifications carried out are of the highest quality. Your Xbox 360 is also thoroughly cleaned.
 

The 1 Red Ring / E74 error message problem is our speciality as it requires special techniques to rectify properly. It cannot be cured correctly by just using the X-Clamp fix kit.

Please be warned! There are “rogue” traders who do not carry out and follow the correct procedure when fixing Xbox 360 consoles! The correct procedure involves the use of specialist tools, materials and techniques, and is therefore not as simple as some people make out.

If you are posting the console then please also enclose full details of the return postal address, contact telephone numbers and an email address. We don’t need any leads or controllers.

Terms of Sale:
Your Xbox 360 will be modified / repaired so that it is working correctly and does not have either the 1 red ring or 3 red rings of Death. You will receive the following guarantee:

3 red rings of death: You will receive a 3 MONTHS WARRANTY from the date we repair your Xbox 360 if you choose to have both a new whisper fan and a new intercooler fan fitted. 2 months warranty if you choose to have either a new whisper fan or a new intercooler fan fitted. 30 day warranty if you choose not to have a fan fitted.
1 red ring of death: You will receive a 2 MONTHS WARRANTY from the date we repair your Xbox 360 if you choose to have both a new whisper fan and a new intercooler fan fitted. 1 month warranty if you choose to have either a new whisper fan or a new intercooler fan fitted. No warranty if you choose not to have a fan fitted.

If you have the same problem again within your warranty period it will be fixed for FREE, GUARANTEED (you’re only responsible for any postage costs). If it can’t be fixed we will REFUND YOUR REPAIR PAYMENT, GUARANTEED. However, the £12 payment for initially analysing your Xbox 360 and the cost of any fans is non-refundable.

Fans Information:
We STRONGLY RECOMMEND you have new improved fans fitted at the same time as having your Xbox 360 repaired for any of the red ring / light problems.

The fans we fit are an internal whisper fan and an external intercooler fan. Due to their improved design they remove heat / air from inside your Xbox 360 at least 56% more efficiently than the originally fitted single internal Xbox fan. This helps to keep your Xbox 360 cool and prevents it from having any future red light issues.

The fans require no additional electrical supply and therefore no additional leads or plugs are required.

We also give you back your old internal fan.

The cost of fitting the new fans at the same time as repairing your Xbox 360 for any of the red light issues / problems is as follows:

DVD Drive Information:

We can either repair your damaged DVD drive / laser, or fit a replacement DVD drive from £25. All DVD drive work is guaranteed for a minimum of 60 days.
